Malmö Folk och Musik i Syd bjuder in till en danskväll online, med några av våra svängigaste spelmän inom svensk folkmusik!
Storis Limpan Band (Magnus Holmström på nyckelharpa och Tomas Lindberg på akustisk gitarr) skulle ha spelat på Malmö Folks arrangemang på Barnens scen i Malmö i veckan. Själva den fysiska sammankomsten har ställts in pga coronas framfart. Men skam den som ger sig, vi dansar ändå. Och du är välkommen!

The Swedish folk music and dance venue Malmö Folk and Musik i Syd hereby invite you to an evening of traditional live music and dance, “spel-till-dans”, with a couple of Sweden’s finest traditional musicians – live online!
Storis Limpan Band (Magnus Holmström on nyckelharpa and Tomas Lindberg on acoustic guitar) was supposed to play a concert and for dancing at Malmö Folk this week. Due to the corona virus the event was cancelled. But we decided to dance anyway! And you are most welcome to participate!
Tuesday 24th March at 7pm CET (Central European Time)
How will this happen?
We will live stream the gig here: https://www.facebook.com/musikisyd/
And you will dance wherever you are. Feel free to request tunes from the musicians. Send a greeting to a Swedish folk music friend in another part of the world. Have a cup of coffee and enjoy the music.
Also – film yourself dancing and put it in the commentary section below the film! Together we will build a global dance floor.
